The Retreat is situated in the middle of Victoria's Gold-fields region, in iron bark forest country filled with wildlife. From here you can explore the region, on foot or bike, along many tracks and trails.
The Retreat is about 15 minutes from Castlemaine and is an easy drive to Ballarat, Bendigo, Daylesford or Maldon.
